A Taste of Honey by Stuart Bailey, chairman of Rowse Honey

Our January meeting saw us tasting seven different honeys and learning about the business of honey from Stuart Bailey, chairman of local business Rowse Honey Ltd. Covering the harvesting of honey from countries across the globe to the stringent laboratory testing in Wallingford, it was a fascinating glimpse behind the scenes of a product many of us had previously taken for granted.
