Margaret Williams (Denman College), Gill Dexter & Win Glendenning Margaret is a home economist and a Fellow of the Institute of Consumer Science. She spent 20 years working as a Head of Department in a Sixth Form College. Margaret is a WI Member and is a Cookery and Preserves judge for the NFWI. She is also co-author of the WI Complete Christmas book, and is a contributor of cookery features for the Home and Country magazine. | ||
