We could not believe our luck. After 3 days continuous rain the sky cleared in time to allow us to walk in dazzling autumn sunshine,  happy to negotiate a few puddles along the way. Starting from Hailey,  Annabel led us mostly along the Ridgeway to return back to Hailey and the King William for a refreshing drink.
